The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a cable-stayed bridge. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the hotel.

We loved to be here, its staff and location. The room was beautifully designed with great views and had an electronic key card, a work desk and TV.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it's chic, it has highly efficient staff and marvellous location.

It made my trip to New York City a good experience.

Luxurious hotel, my first choice in New York. The food was high quality, service was excellent and the view was lovely. I slept so comfy in the neat bed. The staff was always available with any questions or requests. Spectacular and optimal location, close to an underground station. The pool was amazing and the garden — nice.

Everything was good, so were exceptional views out of the room and bathroom. The restaurant was great for breakfast, loved it.

I got free upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was located near Brooklyn Bridge, metro stations, all the lower east side. Plus, a cable-stayed bridge was close by. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Nice location, efficient room, clean hotel. There were free wireless internet access, flat-screen television and terrace in the room, appreciated that. Besides, it was relatively close to downtown, that worked for us. With quick check-in and easy check-out, this venue was absolutely fantastic.

A pretty cool hotel, we had a warm stay. Food was delicious, drinks were wonderful. Early check-in & exceptional service. Besides, free wifi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property.

Really helpful staff team and above average breakfast. The room was incredible and well equipped with an outstanding view. Fabulous restaurant provided Chinese dishes. Generally service was impeccable too. Moreover, I parked at the on-site.
